I bought the car in '03 and it was setup as a streetrod. I finished up the interior and some mechanicals
and drive and enjoy it from Spring to Fall here on Long Island , N.Y
I've loved Nomads and early Vettes ever since I was a kid in the late '60's.
I played with those matchbox toys then, and now I can say I own and enjoy one of each
('58 vette) full scale.
My first memories of Nomads are from '68 when I was 8 years old.
My brother and I would sit in the front seat of our friend Al's '56 Nomad and
drive to the local McDonalds with him...
I was hooked !
